Hearing on the Weaponization of the Federal Government

On May 18, 2023, I testified before Congress. Can’t say I ever imagined that would have been part of the path for my life. It has been one year since that hearing. One year. Not much has changed in that time; at least from an oppressive and tyrannical government standpoint. I am still indefinitely suspended without pay. A weaponized criminal referral from members of Congress still persists, as far as I know, inside the Ministry of Justice.
At the same time, much has changed. In the last week alone, the Ministry of Justice released a report about how the fbi does retaliate against whistleblowers. Something I’ve been saying since before I was even suspended. Something I made protected disclosures about to Congress even. The report said that the way whistleblowers are treated is “inconsistent with the intent of the statute.” Yeah. No kidding. That is a very lawyerly way of saying they are breaking the law. “By driving drunk, the drunk driver’s actions were inconsisetent with the intent of the statute that governs impaired driving.” So, the fbi, and other agencies, are breaking the law. Yeah. No kidding. When asked about its retaliation against whistleblowers, the fbi refused to comment. In an alleged “land of the free,” your government wouldn’t have the option to not comment.
Furthermore, another fbi whistleblower came forward in the last week. This person, a lawyer working for the fbi, recommended me for reinstatement. So, as part of the internal investigation, they determined that I had done nothing wrong. Again, something I've asserted from the beginning. fbi investigators are not going to recommend someone for reinstatement if they uncovered wrongdoing. As an fbi agent, you're taught to follow the facts. That is what was done. That is why I was recommended for reinstatement. Was I reinstated? Nope! Big shocker there 🙄 Instead, the person who made the recommendation was retaliated against too by being removed from their position. Dena Perkins, a high ranking fbi official was again the perpetrator of the retaliation.
That name may ring a bell since a previous fbi whistleblower, from about six months ago, also named Perkins as one of the primary people who retaliates against whistleblowers. In the last six months two fbi whistleblowers who are intimately familiar with my internal investigation raised questions as to why I was being punished and retaliated against, and/or recommended I be reinstated. Both of them were retaliated against instead.
Perkins? Still working for the fbi and will likely get that pension soon since she is eligible for retirement. Congress has subpoenaed her, but I don't hold my breath on that having much of an effect; especially since the fbi and their overlords at the Ministry routinely fail to comply with Congressional subpoenas. Merrick Garland himself recently bragged about how and why he advocates for breaking the law when it comes to Congressional oversight of the Ministry.
I suppose that's enough of an update for now. If you want to hear more, Steve Friend, whom I testified alongside and I will be doing a year in review of sorts/reflection of last year's hearing on The American Radicals Podcast later today live on Rumble at 12et. Otherwise, I hope you enjoy the blast from the past below which I wrote as my family and I were heading back from DC. Thanks for reading.

Hey everyone, apologies for not getting something out on Friday as usual; or at least an Internal Comms out on Saturday. It has been a busy week so thank you for your patience.
Most of the week one of the primary verses I have been reflecting on was, and is, 2 Timothy 1:7: “for God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control.” My family and I headed to Washington DC from Wisconsin at 0300 EST on Wednesday. We arrived at our hotel at 1800 (6pm). It was a long day. I was filled with many emotions regarding my life and that of my family.
As part of Internal Comms vol.2 - Stand Firm, I talked about Penn State champion wrestler Aaron Brooks. After he won his third collegiate championship, he was interviewed and mentioned Acts 1:8 and how the Holy Spirit will give you power. “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.”
This verse is analogous to the one in 2 Timothy I referenced above. It was also the YouVersion Bible App verse of the day on Thursday, the day I, and other FBI whistleblowers testified before Congress. As you know, nothing is coincidental and I was grateful for this, yet another small sign that the Lord is establishing my steps.
Matthew 10:18-20 was another portion of Scripture that has been weighing on me for some time now. Jesus is speaking to the disciples where he tells them, “and you will be dragged before governors and kings for my sake, to bear witness before them and the Gentiles. 19 When they deliver you over, do not be anxious how you are to speak or what you are to say, for what you are to say will be given to you in that hour. 20 For it is not you who speak, but the Spirit of your Father speaking through you.”
Testifying publicly before Congress is about as modern of a version as I can think of which exists for being “dragged before governors and kings.” I have been extremely anxious about how I was to speak and what I was to say. I am grateful for the preparation that went into it, yet, as anyone who’s ever played or watched sports can attest, sometimes your team fails on game day. The things I ended up saying, I believe were “given to [me] in that hour.” I am grateful to everyone who assisted me along the way, and I am certainly grateful to the Lord for providing me the words to say.
Thursday morning before the hearing started, one of my best friends, who himself is a quiet professional and studious observer of the law and how to appropriately implement that law in our nation texted me this: “"And I heard the voice of the lord saying, "Whom shall I send, and who will go for us?" Then I said "Here am I! Send me." " - Isaiah 6:8. You're doing the right thing today.” He did not know this at the time, but a portion of that verse was included in my opening statement. This too was another sign to me that I was obediently marching on the path that I have been placed on. I struggled with drafting the opening statement and what to include and how much regarding my faith. Here was another sign that what I was to say was given to me in that hour.
Here am I. Send me. (My opening statement begins at the 4:07 mark.)
Many people around the country have been praying for me and for the others who testified on Thursday. Thursday morning, I woke up and was oddly calm. That calm remained throughout getting ready for the day. Throughout traveling to Capitol Hill that morning. Throughout the lead up to the hearing; and throughout the hearing itself. This cannot be attributed to me. Even now when I see or hear clips of things I said in the hearing, I struggle more now seeing and hearing those words than I did in the moment. I am grateful for being granted peace to speak those words.
Below is a clip of Rep. Dan Goldman asking questions of myself and other whistleblowers. Goldman and others have attempted to use Kash Patel, his foundation (Fight With Kash), and my attorney Jesse Binnall and his law firm (Binnall Law Group) as “evidence” that I am a “MAGA operative.” They also make this claim of Steve Friend. Goldman even tweeted after the hearing that we are “bought and paid for” by Kash Patel.
The Kash Foundation donated $5000 to me and Steve AFTER we had been canceled by the FBI. Which was also AFTER we had made protected disclosures to Congress. I have never met Kash Patel. Shortly before Christmas, another whistleblower told me that his foundation wanted to help me and my family since the FBI had suspended me on September 26th and sent another letter dated November 3rd informing me that my pay had been suspended. I received that letter late in the day on November 4th. Late in the day that my brother, our friend and I were in Virginia collecting my families goods from the FBI lockup where they had been holding them hostage for the previous 6 weeks.
When I spoke to Kash he made it very clear that he did not want to know anything about any of my protected disclosures. He wanted nothing in return. He wanted to help us with his foundation because he has seen first hand how a weaponized government seeks to destroy those they have deemed as dissidents. After my name was leaked, the foundation released a statement saying they don’t discuss recipients of charitable funds, but as part of the smear campaign, this became one of the primary talking points of the weaponized government and their lackeys in the media. This is just another attempt by a weaponized government to smear those hated dissidents.
An FBI agent reaches the GS-13 level of the General Schedule pay scale after 5 years of service. FBI agents also receive LEAP, which is “law enforcement availability pay.” LEAP is set at a fixed rate of 25% of an agent’s salary. Agents also get a salary adjustment for where they are located in the nation. That being said, an agent who is a GS-13 step 1, so at the lowest level of the 13 rate, makes over $130,000 a year in the Washington DC area. Yet, Rep. Goldman and their weaponized zombies actually believe that Steve and I would give the salary alone up as if we had some sort of crystal ball to anticipate a $5000 charitable donation months after we had been suspended. Does that make any sense at all? If it does to you, please explain it me in the comments.
An agent’s salary aside, there is the retirement that they work towards, and more than anything, the mental and physical security of having a job to provide for their family and live a life in obscurity for the most part. Furthermore, being an FBI agent is the dream job of many people. It certainly used to be lauded as the pinnacle of anyone who ever entered the law enforcement career field. Being an FBI agent was by far the best job I ever had; especially once I tried out for and was selected for the SWAT team. Steve too, was a SWAT agent.
SWAT agents get additional training and responsibilities. They are often seen as some of the best agents in a given Field Office. On top of that, they gain an additional sense of camaraderie being part of a unit of other agents who train together, spend much time together and take on some of the most dangerous and difficult tasks that the FBI is faced with. Sadly, and as a further indicator of the FBI’s weaponization, the SWAT team of the Kansas City Field Office was explicitly told not to contact me. It’s impossible for me to see this as anything other than an intentional order to further ostracize me and demoralize me after the FBI had already canceled me.
Yet, Rep. Goldman claims we were “bought and paid for.” Again, does this make any sense once you have a little bit more of the actual facts? If anyone bought and paid for anything, it was Rep. Goldman himself, who, as reported by the Huffington Post, spent $4,000,000 of his own money to secure his win in the Democratic primary in New York. Furthermore, as reported by Bloomberg, Rep. Goldman has a personal wealth of up to $253,000,000; so that $4,000,000 he spent was hardly a drop in the bucket. Yet, he is self-satisfied with his bright red herring that somehow a charitable donation to men who have had their duty and pay as FBI agents stripped from them is evidence of us being “bought and paid for.”
Rep. Goldman also indicated in the hearing (as seen in the clip above as well) that blindly following orders is what he expects FBI agents to do. If that doesn't give everyone in the country pause, I don’t know what will. Blindly following orders is one of the most dangerous things anyone can do; especially anyone charged with the sacred duty of upholding the Constitutional rights of their fellow citizens. Rep. Goldman said, “if you make a suggestion to your supervisor, and your supervisor overrules you, that’s the nature of the business isn’t it?” No. That is not the nature of the business. Not when you have a reasonable belief that there is a violation of law, rule, regulation, policy, an abuse of authority, and/or gross mismanagement occurring.
That is precisely why whistleblowers are supposed to be protected. That is why members of the military and law enforcement in this country swear an oath to the Constitution. Blindly following orders, or simply following orders because they were given to you, are the primary reasons the world has seen atrocities committed by governments against their people throughout history. So again, no Mr. Goldman, that is not the nature of the business. Here is a list of some of the most consequential times throughout history where the given order was disobeyed for the right reasons, and history was changed because of it. 11 Times People Disregarded Orders and Changed History
I will close with a few clips and other links of parts of the hearing or other related material that stood out to me most, with the full hearing at the end and some closing comments. The majority of these clips are about 5 minutes each. I recommend watching them at 1.5x speed at least 😉
This first one is only a minute:
“The Eye of Sauron has been turned on the American people.” -Rep. Harriet Hageman. For those familiar with The Lord of the Rings, you may think that is a hyperbolic statement. I do not. I think it is a stark, frightening reality. A reality that my family has faced first hand. The press conference before the hearing is worth watching and includes additional context and testimony from depositions of whistleblowers:

Here is the full hearing:
On Thursday night when Steve and I were leaving the Rayburn Building, we were trying to find my family who were across the street at the Capitol walking around the area. My daughters (except for the baby) saw us from about a football field’s distance away and started running towards us yelling “daddy, daddy!” So, we crossed the street and met them over there. Within the first minute or so of talking and introducing them to Steve, a man walked up to us. He essentially told us that he saw our testimony and wanted to thank us and shake our hands.
We chatted a bit more and he eventually asked if he could pray for us; and so he did. When we were done praying, I told him that never in any reality that I ever could have imagined, would I have ever thought that I’d be recognized on the street. But, moreover, never could I have imagined that anyone, especially in Washington DC of all places would be praying over me, my family and our friend (Mr. Friend) in public like that. This was one final sign to end the day where I believe the Lord was making it clear that He has had me, and us all, right where He needs us.
Many are the plans of a man’s heart, but the Lord’s purpose prevails.
-Proverbs 19:21
Hold the Line.
I heard part of the IG testimony and turned to hubby: “This involves the Suspendables!” Also thought it interesting the Mar-a-Lago boxes were taken and stored in the FBI’s DC office. Really? And now there’s “evidence tampering.” Sad. But not surprising! 🙏🏻
I just listened to the full hearing. My prayers are lifted for you, Steve, Kyle, Marcus and all the others unnamed.
