Two years down. How many to go?

Late September is a peculiar time of year for The Suspendables. I didn’t realize it before, but there are numerous culminating events for us that all transpired around this time of year. I jokingly opined recently that it is because the federal government’s fiscal year ends with September each year and they must meet their quota of retaliation in time for the new fiscal year to start. The more that has ruminated, the more it is seemingly true.

Yesterday marked the two year point for my indefinite suspension without pay from the fbi. September 19th marked two years for Steve Friend. September 21st marked three years from when Marcus Allen started getting reprised against. The 21st also marked three years from when a publicly unknown Suspendable walked the plank. September 25th now marks when Marcus and President of Empower Oversight, Tristan Leavitt, testified in front of the Weaponization Subcommittee; as Marcus, Tristan, Steve and I did in May of 2023.

September 26, 2022, eventually proved to be substantial for both Marcus and I. I was suspended that day, but we also recently learned that the SECOND investigator on Marcus’s internal case (because the first had already been retaliated against and removed for saying nothing he did deserved a clearance suspension) concluded and disclosed to her supervisor that she didn’t believe there was a basis to revoke Mr. Allen’s clearance. Well. Of course that’s what she concluded. Because anyone with a reasonable bone in their body would have concluded how she had; as had her predecessor. This second investigator was also retaliated against. As if I even needed to tell you that. Anyone paying attention would have concluded as such by now.

“When the wicked increase, transgression increases, but the righteous will look upon their downfall.” -Proverbs 29:16

The wicked continue to increase in this once God fearing nation. So does transgression. What can we do about that aside from bemoaning the problem? We can pray. We can repent. We can repent on behalf of our nation. We can point out the wicked ones and transgression and call others to do the same. We can get out of our comfortable circles and engage with the evildoers like Marcus did yesterday. OK. Maybe we can’t all go call them out to their face on Capitol Hill like he did.

But we can go to our local school board meeting. Or run for school board. Or go to town halls. Or run for local government, or state government, or maybe even federal government. Whatever it is, we can speak the truth. Even if we are afraid, we can speak the truth. Even if it is hard. Like this young man. He went to the “pride” event and spoke the truth; and got arrested for it.

Even if you didn’t watch the video, do you see what his shirt says? “I will stand for truth even if I stand alone.” That simple truth is what Marcus, Steve, Kyle Seraphin, and others have done. It is a core element of what it means to be a Suspendable. It is the opposite of what the vast majority of our “leaders” in government stand for. Also, look how young this man is. He is nearly a child, yet is more manly than most men who roam around society. This is something Steve and I talked about on The American Radicals Podcast yesterday:

As I reflect on the last two years I’m struck with dumbfoundedness. I’m dumbfounded that I was ever suspended in the first place. I’m dumbfounded that two years have elapsed since I was suspended. I’m dumbfounded that I had to testify in front of Congress. I’m dumbfounded that a single digit number of former colleagues will even speak to me today. I’m dumbfounded that the government in the alleged “land of the free” would treat any of their citizens this way, much less those who were pointing out that government’s own wrongdoing. I’m dumbfounded that the fbi would try to come after me criminally. I’m dumbfounded that they would subpoena my wife’s Apple ID. There are numerous other ways in which I am still dumbfounded. One of the most profound ways is by information that continues to come out.

I am absolutely dumbfounded and shocked that information from inside the fbi continues to come out. There have been numerous people from inside the fbi who have been assigned to my case or some how associated with it who have since come forward and blown the whistle themselves on how the fbi has retaliated against me and my family. This letter from Empower Oversight, who are part of my legal team, and this letter really help shine a light on that information.

Some of the highlights include:

• Early on in my suspension, the FBI determined I was not the source in a Project Veritas video that they claimed was the reason for my suspension

• The FBI withheld that key fact from Congress

• An fbi Supervisory Special Agent (SSA), who I don’t know, made protected disclosures about my case and provided exculpatory information about me to the Inspector General and to Congress

• That SSA was then retaliated against

• Now retired Executive Assistant Director Jennifer Moore lied to Congress numerous times about my case and the cases of other whistleblowers

• Before I was suspended, an investigator assigned to my case disclosed to their chain of command that he believed the timeline of events indicated that rather than leaking to news media, I may have been a whistleblower to Congress. (Go figure, right? It’s like I’ve been saying since the very beginning.)

• That same investigator also made clear to their chain of command that there was no evidence that I had leaked to the media. (Go figure, right? It’s like I’ve been saying since the very beginning.)

• Dena Perkins, one of the people in that investigator’s chain of command had already briefed higher ranking fbi personnel that I was a media leaker and she did not want to correct this information because it would make her look bad.

• Perkins and Jeffrey Veltri, who now heads the fbi Miami office and therefore the latest investigation into the assassination attempt on Donald Trump, discussed well in advance of my transfer to Virginia that I would be transferring in September.

• They wanted to wait until my first day at the new unit “as a means to surprise [me] into some sort of confession.”

• This clearly shows the lying testimony of Moore who claimed, under oath, that my clearance suspension on my first day at the new unit “absolutely was not intentional, to cause him some sort of pain or punishment.”

• Veltri’s promotion to SAC for Miami was delayed because he was under investigation himself for retaliation…don’t worry. They just waited a little bit and then promoted him anyways.

That’s more than enough about me. For those who want all the details, read those letter that I linked above. They aren’t just about my case either but Marcus’s too, and some unnamed whistleblowers. Including those investigators on our cases. As I mentioned earlier, Tristan and Marcus testified again. The democrats effectively hijacked the hearing and brought up Donald Trump and Project 2025 as much as possible. That aside, there were still some powerful moments. The first video above was perhaps the most powerful. But here are some others:

There were a few others that stood out, and if you want to find them I’m sure you can. Here’s a link to the whole hearing. What stood out to me the most was something Marcus said in the first video that is inserted near the top of this post. He looks at that hearing as the LAST public service he will provide. This is someone who has dedicated his entire adult life to this country. First in the Marine Corps and then the fbi. He is DONE. He is done giving to this country. Who can blame him? I don’t. This country took more from him than he ever could have imagined; and that is coming from a guy who signed up with the Corps to die if he must. Think about that. More and more that will be the case. More and more this government will reject and persecute patriots like Marcus, and more and more they will welcome Marxists into the fold.

“O Lord, how long shall I cry for help, and you will not hear? Or cry to you “Violence!” and you will not save? Why do you make me see iniquity, and why do you idly look at wrong? Destruction and violence are before me; strife and contention arise. So the law is paralyzed, and justice never goes forth. For the wicked surround the righteous; so justice goes forth perverted.” -Habakkuk 1:2-4

My church recently started a series in Habakkuk. It is timely, in my opinion, considering the state of our nation. If you don’t believe me, go read it for yourself. It’s very short. Only three small chapters. Habakkuk’s first complaint is the complaint of every whistleblower I know, ending with the law being paralyzed and justice never going forth, and that justice goes forth perverted. Precisely.

I had the privilege of joining my pastor in front of the congregation this past Sunday. We had already worked our way through Habakkuk 1 and the crux of his sermon was on Habakkuk 2:1 this time, “I will take my stand at my watchpost and station myself on the tower and look out to see what he will say to me, and what I will answer concerning my complaint.” We talked about waiting on the Lord and things we can do in that waiting period, along with the realties that come with the wait. You can watch the whole service here, but if you can, it might be worth going back and starting the series from the beginning.

“Righteous are you, O Lord, when I complain to you; yet I would plead my case before you. Why does the way of the wicked prosper? Why do all who are treacherous thrive?” -Jeremiah 12:1

Take note of those people at the end. My pastor. My wife. Our congregation. The people that came up to pray with us. The government is increasingly being weaponized against people of any Christian denomination. As one of the Empower letters laid out, Jeffrey Veltri thought Marcus was delusional for referencing the Holy Spirit and used that as a reason to revoke his clearance. I’ve said it many times, but it isn’t just me coming up with it on my own. Satan is the ruler of this world. If he is the ruler of this world, as Scripture makes clear, he must control government over ALL other institutions.

Fear not though. It certainly is not reason to. We still must stand for the truth. Make sure your armor, your Ephesians 6 armor, is shined, oiled, maintained, and ready for battle. Especially your sword, which is the word of God. Remember, out of all the pieces of armor that the Apostle Paul references, the sword is the only one that is both defensive and offensive. It’s an important piece to note. Know the Scriptures. Be ready with them, in season and out of season. You never know when you must draw your sword.

Oddly enough, although not odd at all to me these days, I received an email from one of my attorneys today. They had received an email from an fbi agent earlier in the day. That agent asked them to ask me if I wanted some of my personal property that they have been holding on to for the last two years. Earlier this year another whistleblower reminded me that the fbi never does anything unintentionally. At least in regards to those things that are in their control. I don’t find it coincidental at all that they would send an email precisely on the second anniversary of my suspension. I find it intentional.

Since The Suspendables still have a few friendlies in the agency, or people with knowledge about it, I learned that the agent, who sent the email, Frank D’Amico, is an overweight “yes man.” That’s precisely the type of person the regime wants in it’s ranks. Someone who is unfit to be there so they will do whatever they are told in order to stay.
